Surrounded by the dearest people in my life, I was given the greatest gifts of all...love. The women of the Maneevone family (Sara too!) gave me a fabulous baby shower. Let me just tell you that Manoah is already spoiled. Just as the shower began each women shared words of encouragement with me and there wasn't a dry eye in the place. I felt so encouraged and blessed! The greatest gift was the hand made soap that Mary Maertz (Wanida's mother-in-law) made for the shower. Sadly, after a long battle with cancer, Mary passed away on Wednesday. In the last week of her life she spent her time and creativity making the soap just for my shower. The kindness of her gift to me will forever bless me and those at the shower.
I went to the doctor last week and everything is going perfectly. Manoah is already getting in position. I am feeling great if being great means tired, swallon, and big all over is normal for being one month away from delivering a baby. Sam is away at Junior high winter camp this weekend so I am spending lots of time with friends and family (Jenni and Kenz- it was great seeing you!) I hope you enjoy the pictures.
